Shalwak Group Started in 2005. Under the Group there are three firms:

- Shalwak Developer
- Shalwak Realtors
Shalwak Developers a proprietorship firm was established in 2003, engaged in the activity of construction and development of residential and commercial property in Nagpur. In the year 2006 Shalwak Realtors is established. In year 2008 Shalwak Infrastructure is established.
In the period of Six years the group has completed a number of medium and Big size residential and commercial projects spread across various areas in the western part of the city.
The first project of the group began with a small Project in Somalwada “Nilkanth Aptt”. This project comprised of 12 two-bedroom flats. This project was very successful and motivated by the success of this venture, the firm started execution of various schemes in the area/locality. Over the period of last six years, the firm has developed as one of the reputed builders and developers in the Western portion of the Nagpur city. In the said span of 06 years the firm has already handed over constructed area more than a Lacs of sq.ft. of housing and commercial area in Western part of Nagpur. After the first couple of years, where they finished projects of around 5000-15000 sq.ft. each in the upper class areas of Laxmi Nagar, Dharampeth, the firm completed their most ambitious project “Shalwak Regiency”in Khare Town DharamPeth, Nagpur. This project comprised of 08 fully luxurious flats of three and four bed rooms flats. This project till date remains an excellent example of sustained, positive, builder client relationship in Nagpur.The current project is “SHALWAK MANOR” which is located in very posh locality in Nagpur known as ‘RAMDASPETH’ and it is on very important road in Nagpur known as ‘VIP’ Road or East High Court Road.

All the above schemes of the group received excellent response and have been completed before the estimated time period. Further almost all the completed projects have been sold out before the completion.
The firm has developed in-house facility in sales, construction, architecture, and structural designing and property management services. All the above in-house divisions facilitate quick decision-making and efficient construction methods. Being a technically motivated group every effort is made in encouraging better construction practices.
The firm has developed a strong fully equipped team of Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architect, Interior Designer, Legal Advisor, Financial Consultant& supervisors. The firm has been continuously upgrading and enhancing the use of modern construction systems and equipment.
